The 74LCX04MTCX is a low voltage Hex Inverter with 5V tolerant input which contains six circuits. The input voltages up to 7V allows the interface of 5V systems to 3V systems. The device is fabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to attain a high speed operation whilst maintaining low power dissipation.
