These microcontrollers are equipped with 128 KB of Flash, 16 KB of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM, and are offered in 28-, 32-, 48-, and 64-pin packages. They employ advanced technologies from Microchip, boasting a low-power, adaptable architecture complete with precise analog subsystems, sophisticated digital peripherals, and an Event System.
