MCP9700AT-E/TT  Board Mount Thermistor

MCP9700AT-E/TT is a low power thermistor within a 3-pin SOT-23 package. This component has analogue temperature sensors that convert temperature to analogue voltage. This sensor is low cost with an accuracy of ±2°C from 0°C to 70°C while consuming typical 6µA of operating current. The voltage output pin is directly connected to the ADC input of the microcontroller. A key advantage of this thermistor IC is its resistance to parasitic capacitance and ability to drive capacitive loads.
