STMMicroelectronics is a cost-effective application which incorporates real-time performance, low-power operation, and an extensive range of enhanced peripherals connected to two APB buses, one AHB bus and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix. Additionally, it uses the Batch Acquisition Mode (BAM) feature to allow better power consumption during data batching.
It can hold from 128K up to 256Kybtes of Flash memory, 512 bytes of OTM memory and up to 32 Kbytes of SRAM).
